Our two-piece steel levelers are welded, threaded stud to base cap. Normal quality inspections require weld strength tests tear steel before the weld breaks.
Steel studs are strong. Consider the following static load-bearing test results when designing your leveler:
1/4-20 thread: 2,500 LBS
5/16-18 thread: 3,000 LBS
3/8-16 thread: 7,000 LBS
1/2-13 thread: 8,000 LBS
